Tree Brewing Company – Thirsty Beaver Amber Ale Review
The Thirsty Beaver is one of the long time staple brews for the Tree Brewing Company. From this tall, 500ml can comes an amber coloured beer with two fingers of lacing head. The smell coming from this beer is of caramel, light hop and a toasted malt tone. In the flavour you will see a mid-body and again that toasted malt tone. A fairly large metal flavour also comes into play giving a slight harshness to the tongue. This is a classic beer that seems more portable than most. This is a beer for a long hike or a summer day in the wilderness.
