Dageraad Brewing Co. – Burnabarian Belgian-Style Table Beer Review
The Burnabarian is one of the first beers that Dageraad Brewing released but it was only available in the brewery. The Belgian Table Beer is now available in bomber bottles and pours a crisp, golden colour with one finger of head that leaves a thin film of lacing on the glass as it settles. The aroma is a light and refreshing smell of blonde ale like tones with a Belgian yeast and wheat note that gives a unique aroma. Light spice of coriander give an extra little something to the nose of this beer. The body is light with a silkiness to it that gives an extra sessionability to the flavour. A wheat, coriander, lemon and orange flavour is light on the tongue and extremely easy to drink. The Burnabarian is extremely sessionable but holds a rather complex flavour profile for the seemingly simple beer. It is a great beer for Summer, or pretty much any other season.
Alcohol – 4.5%
Size – 650ml
